…to issue 10 of our Magazine!
The industry has a lot of doom and gloom caused by politics and the usual turmoils, and it is indeed an exciting but also hard time. It is sad to see many factors affecting the drinks industry, and it is not great to see certain politicians making things worse. On the contrary, it is a great and exciting time for industry observers like us to watch and learn and also to try to help where we can.
We have a very exciting native oyster rehabilitation and reintroduction project to talk about called Native Aqua, something that is very relevant to the coastal whisky industry indeed. We have news, exciting whiskies all around, and many things beyond whisky to read about.
We have an opinion article, an observation years in the making and a result of chatting to many top whisky experts and professionals. It is meant to be friendly advice and not a stab in the back of a troubled industry, but a benevolent suggestion and observation coming from many top whisky personalities, and finally someone brave enough to say it out loud.
